Capacity: Two (2) units of 110 t/h high-temperature and high-pressure biomass boilers, coupled with one (1) 50 MW steam turbine generator set and ancillary facilities.

● Owner: Li'ang Ecological Energy Co., Ltd.

● Construction site: Qiangjiang, Hubei, China

Project highlight: The project covers an area of 170 acres. Upon completion, it will have an annual capacity to process approximately 440,000 tons of agricultural and forestry waste. This project, with the largest single installed capacity in China, aims to establish itself as a benchmark for the energy utilization of agricultural and forestry waste in the country and a demonstration project for biomass clean energy engineering.

Project OverviewThe Qianjiang Liangang Agricultural and Forestry Waste Heat, Cold, and Power Cogeneration Project is located in Yangshi Industrial Park, Qianjiang City, Hubei Province, covering an area of 170 acres. Upon completion, the project will annually process approximately 440,000 tons of agricultural and forestry waste. By fully utilizing biomass resources and turning waste into treasure, the project serves as a profitable initiative to increase income from the agricultural and forestry industry, reduce industry burdens, and enhance the income of farmers and the industry. This project utilizes agricultural and forestry waste generated during agricultural and forestry production to construct a power generation project, which can reduce environmental pollution caused by agricultural and forestry waste, replace fossil fuels, increase the economic benefits of enterprises, and achieve significant environmental protection, energy conservation, and social benefits. It plays a positive role in promoting the construction of a resource-saving and environmentally friendly society, aligns with national industrial policies and relevant plans at all levels, and is a project that the country strongly encourages and supports for development. The project has strong social adaptability, making its construction necessary.
