● Capacity: One (1) unit of 170 t/h biomass-fired boiler, coupled with one (1) 30 MW steam turbine generator set and supporting facilities.

●  Owner: Guangxi Chongzuo East Asia Bioenergy Co., Ltd.

●  Construction site: Chongzuo, Guangxi, China

●  Project highlight: The project is a biomass heat and power generation facility built on the basis of a sugarcane sugar mill. The boiler uses bagasse as fuel and adopts a large-scale high-temperature and high-pressure generator set. It supplies steam for sugar production while generating clean electricity for sale to the grid, making it a demonstration project in China's sugar industry for utilizing bagasse to generate power and sell it to the grid.

Project Overview: The project comprises a 1×170t/h high-temperature and high-pressure bagasse boiler and a 1×30MW extraction condensing steam turbine generator unit. All the electricity generated will be sold to the grid. During the sugar crushing season, steam will be supplied for raw sugar and refined sugar production, and after the crushing season, steam will be supplied for refined sugar production. The layout of the power plant will be designed in conjunction with the sugar industry circular economy comprehensive utilization project of Chongzuo East Asia Company, and the specific buildings and structures of the power plant will be arranged accordingly. The power plant land will be centrally located in the northwest corner of the sugar industry circular economy comprehensive utilization project of Chongzuo East Asia Company, with a total land area of 8.85 hectares. This project uses bagasse generated during the production process of Chongzuo East Asia Company as fuel. The fuel is stored in a centralized manner, with all fuel stored in an open fuel yard surrounded by dustproof walls.
