● Owner: An Khe Sugar Mill, Quang Ngai Sugar Joint Stock Company, Vietnam

●  Construction site: An Khe, Vietnam

● Project highlight: This project is a supporting captive power plant for the expansion of the An Khe Sugar Mill of Quang Ngai Sugar Joint Stock Company to a sugarcane crushing capacity of 18,000 TCD, and features the largest single-unit evaporation capacity high-temperature and high-pressure bagasse-fired boiler designed by our company.

● Project OverviewThe project is located in Vietnam and serves as a supporting captive thermal power station for the expansion of Anxi Sugar Factory of Vietnam General Sugar Corporation to a daily sugarcane crushing capacity of 18,000 tons per day. The scale of the current thermal power station project includes 2×220t/h high-temperature and high-pressure bagasse boilers, as well as supporting 1×B40MW high-temperature and high-pressure back pressure steam turbine generator units and 1×C55MW high-temperature and high-pressure extraction condensing steam turbine generator units. Additionally, the existing medium-temperature and medium-pressure boiler (90t/h) will be utilized to construct a new 1×B15MW medium-temperature and medium-pressure back pressure steam turbine generator unit. Upon completion, the thermal power station will have a total capacity of 3 boilers and 3 steam turbines, serving as the thermal power center of the sugar factory to provide heat and electricity to the process workshop, meeting the thermal and electrical needs of the sugar factory's production and daily life. The excess power will be fed into the grid, creating economic benefits for the enterprise.
