● Capacity: Four (4) units of 130 t/h circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boilers, coupled with two (2) units of 25 MW steam turbine generator sets and supporting facilities.
● Owner: Guangdong Dongguan Texwinca Textile & Garment Ltd.
● Construction site: Dongguan, Guangdong, China
●Project highlight: This project is a Phase II cogeneration facility supporting the client's plant. It was planned as a single integrated project with phased construction. The turbine, boiler, and electrical systems all adopt DCS control, offering a high level of automation, mature design and manufacturing, safe and reliable operation, and low energy consumption. It has become a benchmark demonstration cogeneration project in Guangdong's textile printing and dyeing industry.
● Project Overview: Dongguan Deyongjia Textile and Garment Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the Deyongjia Group, is a large-scale foreign-funded enterprise integrating knitting and dyeing and finishing. The factory covers an area of approximately 35 hectares and is self-sufficient in electricity, steam, and tap water, which are supplied by a thermal power plant. The second phase of the project plans to construct 4×130t/h circulating fluidized bed boilers + 2×25MW steam turbine generator sets and supporting ancillary facilities, including chemical water treatment systems, sewage systems, coal storage and conveying systems, desulfurization and denitrification systems, ash and slag treatment systems, flue gas dust removal systems, outdoor thermal pipelines, etc. The production areas in the factory are clearly divided, and the layout features a combination of new and old workshops. The overall layout is strong and compact, facilitating production and management. The power grid operates in an isolated manner and is equipped with multiple diesel generator sets. After the project is put into operation, it can provide a stable source of steam and electricity for the enterprise, ensuring normal production, reducing interference from external factors, and improving the comprehensive benefits of the enterprise.
