● Capacity: 1X 75t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler and supporting facilities.
● Owner: THAI CANE PAPER PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED
● Construction site: Thamoung District, Kanchanaburi, Thailand
● Project Highlights: The materials, design, and manufacturing of the boilers, pressure vessels, and pressure pipelines selected for the project all adhere to ASME standards. The project achieves the combustion of coal alone as well as the co-combustion of bark, sludge, waste paper residue, etc., reducing and recycling energy from waste materials such as bark, wood chips, sludge, and waste paper residue generated by the pulp mill. The boiler achieves fully automatic combustion and adjustment. For the first time, automatic control provides SAMA diagram design. The performance test shows that the boiler's thermal efficiency is greater than 93.5%.
● Project Overview: The project is an EPC project undertaken by our company for the 75t/h bark-fired circulating fluidized bed boiler supporting the newly built 9MW cogeneration project of TCP of SCG Group in Thailand. The fuel can be burned singly or blended according to the following calorific value ratios:
Operating condition 1: 100% coal
Operating condition 2: 70% coal + 30% bark
Working condition 3: 70% coal + 13% bark + 13% wood chips + 4% pulping waste
The boiler of the project generates steam through co-firing solid waste generated during the paper pulp production process, such as bark, wood chips, sludge, and waste paper residue, for cogeneration of heat and power, supplementing heat and electricity to the factory. This truly achieves resource recovery, reduction, and harmless treatment.
