Project OverviewThis project is an engineering, procurement, construction, installation, commissioning, and general contracting (EPC) project that ensures normal production for the owner after 72 hours of normal operation. Shunde Jinfeng Thermal Energy Co., Ltd., located in Xingtan Town, Shunde District, Guangdong Province, is a Hong Kong-funded enterprise. As the sole cogeneration heat source point in the park, the company is committed to providing electricity and steam to the park. Due to the rapid development of the Xingtan Industrial Zone and the increasing demand for steam, in order to stabilize the steam supply demand in the Xingtan Industrial Zone and ensure the safety of grid-connected power supply and steam supply, it is necessary to add a 75t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler and a supporting 12MW steam turbine generator unit. The successful commissioning of the project not only increases the company's benefits but also greatly improves the infrastructure conditions of the Xingtan Industrial Zone, which is beneficial for attracting investment to the park. After this expansion, the overall layout of the plant area has not disrupted the overall layout of the entire plant. It complies with national policies, norms, standards, and basic principles and requirements; it ensures smooth and reasonable process flow; convenient and smooth process pipelines; clear functional zoning for production throughout the plant area; and smooth transportation of goods both inside and outside the plant. The layout features a combination of new and old workshops, with a strong overall plan for the general layout, compact arrangement, convenient for production and management, and in line with regulatory requirements.
