Recently, China Light Industry Nanning Design Engineeing Co., Ltd. successfully signed an EPC general contract for the pulp wastewater treatment and water treatment projects at Guigang Lianwen Paper Co., Ltd. The signing of these two projects further solidifies CNDC ’s professional standing in the field of industrial wastewater treatment for the pulp and paper industry and marks a new milestone in the company’s expansion within the environmental protection sector.

Project Overview

Located in the Yue-Guang Industrial Recycling Park within the Guigang Economic and Technological Development Zone, Guangxi, this project serves as a core supporting facility for Phase I of Guigang Lianwen’s integrated pulp and paper industry chain. The project primarily involves the construction of a new 70,000 m³/d water purification plant and a 50,000 m³/d wastewater treatment plant.CNDC will provide one-stop services for the project, including full-process design, supply of equipment and materials, installation guidance, and commissioning, and will develop the project into a high-standard, high-quality demonstration project for the industry’s water treatment sector.

In response to the characteristics of the project’s industrial wastewater, the CNDC technical team has tailored a comprehensive treatment solution featuring “two separate wastewater treatment routes for high- and low-concentration effluents,” thereby saving the client on construction investment and operational costs. A tiered water supply system will be implemented to meet the varying water requirements of different production stages and workshops.Upon completion, the project will ensure a stable water supply, achieve efficient water resource utilization and wastewater recycling, support the circular economy within the park, and become a new model for energy conservation and carbon reduction in water treatment within Guangxi’s paper industry.
