●  Project Overview: This project adopts a treatment process with "AOA biochemical tank + secondary sedimentation tank + filter cloth filter" as the core treatment unit. It is the first time that the "sludge double-backflow AOA deep nitrogen and phosphorus removal process" has been applied to an actual engineering project nationwide, and it is also a special project cooperated with academicians from Beijing University of Technology. According to the inspection requirements of the Central Environmental Inspection Group, this project has a tight schedule, heavy tasks, pioneering technology, and complex processes. At the same time, the original land in the plant area was used for landfill, with poor geological conditions and large elevation differences in site backfilling. The design adjusted the layout of the process flow and determined a reasonable basic plan through multiple scheme comparisons. The project effectively controls risks, innovates in technology, and operates stably in the later stage.
